frenzy! So the Cap'n slowed down and we hung over the edge of the boat
and called them and here they came! They are Spinner Dolphins, the kind
Curt swam with on Lanai. They love to get right under the bow wave and
take free rides. When we had to move on, the Cap'n sped up the boat and
went really fast and the dolphins just rode the wake for quite a while,
then peeled off and went back to their feeding spot. Spinner dophins
seem to love being around people, but they cannot survive in captivity.
Later we had a visit from a couple of bottle-nosed dolphins, but they
only rode the bow wave for a little while and then disappeared.
